Equipment Ownership & Return
All leased or loaned equipment remains the property of IntraSite, a division of Cygnus Communications Group, Inc.
Equipment must be returned within 14 calendar days of service termination to:
Cygnus Communications Group, Inc.
1000 Town Center Dr., Suite 300
Oxnard, CA 93036
Customer is responsible for safe packaging and transport unless pickup is arranged.
Equipment must be returned in reasonable working condition (normal wear and tear excepted). Missing or damaged equipment may result in replacement charges.
Late Return Holding Charges
If equipment is not returned within 14 days, a $10 per device per day holding fee will be charged until returned or replaced.
This fee represents continued possession of company equipment and is not a penalty.
Total holding charges will not exceed the replacement value of the equipment, at which point replacement charges apply.
Failure to return equipment does not cancel billing obligations and may be treated as unauthorized retention of company property.
Early Termination
Early termination does not void financial responsibility for the remaining contract term.

While IntraSite implements commercially reasonable monitoring and security practices, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed immune from interruption, failure, or unauthorized access.
Unless explicitly stated in a written Service Level Agreement (SLA), services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Customers requiring uptime or security guarantees must purchase an SLA-backed plan specifying performance commitments and remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntraSite and its parent company are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including downtime, lost data, cyber incidents, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms.
All accrued charges remain due.
